To this end the Editor and <br \/>\nEditor-in-Chief are responsible for correcting errors or observations of <br \/>\nsignificance, issuing retraction where necessary and addressing concerns from <br \/>\nauthors and the public.<br>\u00a0<br>The Editor-in-Chief and Editor must ensure fairness, <br \/>\ntimeliness, thoroughness, and civility of the peer- review\/editorial process and <br \/>\nworking with the Publisher to ensure the attraction of the best manuscripts and <br \/>\nresearch that will be of interest to readers. <br><br>The Editor-in-Chief of GLOBIP <br \/>\nJournals is entitled to carry out decision-making in consultation with Editors, <br \/>\nreviewers and together they will make such decisions regarding accepting papers, <br \/>\nrejecting papers or authorizing the author(s) to re-write the manuscript and <br \/>\nresubmit. <br><br>The Editor-in-Chief must submit articles to electronic services to <br \/>\nverify originality. <br><br>The Editor-in-Chief and Editors shall evaluate manuscripts <br \/>\nfor their intellectual content without regard to the nature of the author\u2019s <br \/>\nrace, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, citizenship, or political <br \/>\nparty.<br><br>The Editor-in-Chief and Editors must maintain impartiality, <br \/>\nconfidentiality of the author(s) and all information submitted and must not <br \/>\npersonally use any materials submitted for personal without the express <br \/>\npermission of the Author(s).<br><br>Members of the Editorial Board must constantly <br \/>\nreview the journals and inform the Editor-in-Chief of any observation that need <br \/>\nto be corrected. Some of the Editors and Reviewers and staff have a passion for <br \/>\nthe objectives of our journals and have outstanding research and publications <br \/>\nrecord.
